How to Apply

Fill out the Membership Application Form and Advantages for Overseas Companies below and submit it to the JCC office via email.
Ensure that the fields for both the “Representative” and the “Contact Person” are completed.
Include a copy of your company profile or other related documents.

Registration Process

After receiving the completed application, JCC will review the information.
Upon approval, JCC will send you an invoice for the annual membership fee.
Membership is activated once the payment is confirmed.
The “Member Registration Notice” will be sent via email. If you prefer to receive the document by post, please contact our office in advance.

Membership Fee

Company Category	Annual Membership Fee
Capital below ¥10 million or sole proprietor	¥20,000
Capital ¥10–50 million	¥60,000
Capital over ¥50 million	¥120,000

Applicable for the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31).

Bank Transfer Fees
Please note that all overseas remittance fees must be borne by the applicant.
JCC will include the receiving bank charge in Japan in the total invoiced amount.
When making the transfer, please select “OUR” (all charges paid by sender) as the bank fee charge option to ensure the full invoiced amount is received.
Any shortfall due to intermediary bank charges will be invoiced separately.
